I’m getting nothing but a never ending series of Printer communication problems that seems to be plaguing my newest comic. It’s the same printer that did "The Ranter"( http://www.fictargraphics.com is a website I have setup for my comics in the past few weeks. ) As it stands I’m 2 weeks behind schedule due to e-mail problems at the POD printer. Printing limited numbers of professional quality comics is proving to be major headache. As it stands, I’m looking at over 30 days for my turnaround on the comic if by some miracle they can actually stop deleting my e-mails before they read them. The only time they reply is when I call them (Long distance to Canada) and I’ve done that 3 times already. They still have not managed to get my work authorization order! Oy! Sorry guys. I was hoping to have good news about my comic "Playing The Sims" posted by now, but sadly I probably won’t have the comics in my hands until early 2009.

hi rex. i checked out the website and like it very much. the sample pages of sims were hilarious!!!!
i have no experience with printers so i hope they will finally read your emails. sounds like the problems i have with my phone company which won't allow me to switch to a cheaper provider.
i will definetly buy a copy of playing the sims. is it possible to do so over the internet store on you website? i'm not sure whether they ship to europe or not.
hope you won't lose to much money producing the comic.

Eventually I’ll have it set up where you can buy my comic at the online store. The store and website are works in progress and are moving along slowly. With some luck I’ll have everything up and running by the time Playing The Sims is actually done. Since all the store does is take money and generate a shipping address for me, all I need to do is allow the software to authorize shipping to Germany and you’ll be set. I do all the shipping from the home address. Right now everything is at a primitive level. No Credit Cards or Debit Cards. Shipping to USA and Canada only. That will change in the future as I get things all set up right. I’ll be sure and let everyone know when I’m ready to take international orders.
Sadly, POD (Print On Demand) is proving to be so slow they ought to drop the "On Demand" part from the description. I’m getting the impression that I’m being ignored by them. I’ll give them one more week. If I can’t get some action from them, I’ll look for a new printer to do the comic.
